A bit about myself. I have been a Home Loan Consultant in Butte County for many years. Initially I was into nature and biology, culminating in my graduate work at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories in Monterey, California. I spent time as a research diver and continue diving to this day. I stay in touch with my roots by doing community service as a member of Butte County's Search and Rescue Team.
In the late 1970's I was offered positions at Apple Computer and at ROLM Communications. I went into Communications because I like the idea of helping people talk with each other to make things work. My career in Silicon Valley was very successful, the last several years were spent creating business plans and raising capital for start up companies. This financial training is what propelled me into lending--I learned the importance of Cash Flow Management and how important that fact is to successful home ownership and investment.
I started investing in real estate in 1984 as a means to grow my net worth, pay for future college educations, and provide for an eventual retirement. I am convinced that owning California Real Estate is one of the most leveraged and secure investments an individual can make. History supports this thought.
